Ticwatch 2 global launch is live! (hurry)

Ticwatch 2 is officially launched and already off to a great start! The first $99 option is gone just like that. This is a watch company to be not only be on the lookout for, but one to jump on now.

First, I’ve been using the first generation as a beta software tester for a few months now. I must say I like it more than Android Wear in some regards. Ticwear offers practical features on top of many more functions everyone wants out of a smartwatch. Ticwatch 1st gen is great itself, so I am very excited to see what the new edition is going to be like.

Another point, in a sense the Ticwatch 1st gen looks like a Moto 360 without the flat tire. The new Ticwatch 2 follows suit with looking like a mix between the Samsung Gear S2 and Moto 360 2nd gen. It looks great and the OS will be fitting as well. Make sure to catch what’s left of the early bird pricing!

If you’re interested in what my first look of the Ticwatch 1st gen, watch my unboxing video below. Mind that the OS has greatly improved since the shooting of that particular video. Let me know in the comments if you’d like a follow up video about how the OS has improved.

Additionally, this is a smartwatch you want to get and it’s not going to cost you an arm and leg to get. Even at full cost, the watch is not too much at all. Once the early bird prices are gone the watch will cost just $200 for the base model. There are many colors to choose from. I think the white/Snow color is what I am into at the moment.

My biggest question is that they set their bar so low at only $50,000 to be funded. Backers have exceeded that goal tremendously! Congrats to Ticwatch for a successful launch! Best of luck as you introduce a new smartwatch to the world!

By the way, the watch is Android and iOS compatible.
