Today I was able to fly home from Huntsville, AL. I helped my brother move up there from Crestview, FL and he said he would fly me home if I could help drive his pickup and trailer up to their new home. I thought it was a good opportunity to hang out with him and get out of the house for a little while. Especially since he hired movers to load and unload.
It had been a while since I flew, alone at that. I haven’t flown since my honeymoon, which was in Denver, CO. It was since basic training that I flew alone. This time around it was an easy commute and it was nice experience to fly again. I enjoy traveling and this was a nice reminder of how nice air travel is.
