You have a lot of files you need to print, a lot of forms to fill out and sign, bunch of typing and retyping, and of course making sure you don’t forget any of those big purchases you made over the course of the year. Some of us may even need to consult lawyers in order to make sure we aren’t violating the laws in any way. So, without further ado, let’s get to the apps!
Dropbox
Dropbox is one of those apps you should have on all of your devices no matter what season. If you aren’t familiar with it, this app let’s you store your files on a virtual cloud. Think of it as a temporary place to store your files while you don’t have access to one of your devices, but you want to have it on a different device as well. The most common use for Dropbox is exchanging files among devices in order to make files easily accessible on all platforms.
Having Dropbox on all your devices is highly recommended. Dropbox doubles up as a fantastic cloud storage service, but its mobile app is what really makes a difference. While it used to be a simple file browser at first, nowadays you can instantly upload all your pictures, edit files, and share anything in your Dropbox through a wide variety of services.
PDF Converter Ultimate
PDF Converter Ultimate is a relatively new mobile app. It has been released just a few weeks ago, but already you can see the way it was received by its users. Both Google Play Store and Appstore have nothing but kind words to say, or rather their users. Coming from a long line of impactful and powerful OCR converters, this app is another great product that came out of the Cometdocs development center.
But why is this app so important? Well, it’s because the majority of emails you will be sending to your accountant or lawyer will be in PDF format, which is the primary file format for sending sensitive files such as tax reports, account statements, bills and receipts, etc. and we all know how hard and annoying dealing with PDFs gets when you are short on time and nerves. This app lets you convert all your PDFs to 6 different formats, some of them being MS Word and MS Excel as well! That way you should have no trouble editing any and every PDF you receive or have to send! Another thing worth noting is that Dropbox is integrated to the coding of this app, which means you can simply log into your Dropbox from within the app and you will have instant access to all the files you need to have converted!
Save As PDF
Save As PDF is another app that can come in handy when you need a quick save. As we have mentioned previously, the majority of files that accountants and lawyers handle are PDFs. So having an app that can instantly save any file as a PDF is just too good to miss out on! This app will allow you to save any Word, Excel, Image ,PowerPoint, and a wide range of other formats to a PDF in just a few clicks. Later on if you need them back in their original form, you can always convert them back with PDF Converter Ultimate!
Blue Mail
Here’s a good app to have on your phone if you use multiple email accounts. Blue Mail allows its users to sign in to several different email providers, some of which are Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, Outlook 365, and more. This way if you have several accounts, you can keep track of them at all times simultaneously. You can also make a custom signature for each of the email accounts so you can easily sign depending whether you are using you private or business email.
Adobe Fill & Sign
Adobe Fill & Sign is a great mobile if you need a PDF quickly signed. This app lets you connect your email account with the app, which makes it significantly easier to import files. Once you have imported the file, you can sign it and send it back immediately. You can also select to scan a paper with your camera if you don’t have it in your email inbox. If you decide to start using this app frequently, you can make a custom signature and initials. Once you save them they will always be available to you and you can paste them into your future documents that need signing.
