I have received the question:

“Will an iPhone 5 case fit an iPhone 5s?” from a few people and I wanted to take the time to answer the question in a brief post.

The answer is YES, kinda…

The kinda part is because of the fingerprint scanner on the iPhone 5s. Some cases cover up the home button and could possibly hinder the performance of the fingerprint scanner.

The dimensions of the iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s have not changed which allows cases from the iPhone 5 to fit the iPhone 5s.
