BOSMA X1 home security camera review

BOSMA X1 home security camera review, key features, and purchase links. The BOSMA X1 comes with a few purchase options, the basics with just the camera, and the other options with door and window triggers or smart door bell. This is the first home security camera with color night vision and I must say I am rather impressed.

Review

I’ve had a few home security cameras at this point to try out and long story short, this one stands out from the many other cameras I have tried. The features that stand out to me is the color night vision, rotating head, and PIR detection. The quality of the images also looks nice.

From start to finish, the process began a little slow. There were some connection issues going on, but I am not able to determine if who’s fault it was between the device, app, wifi, or a mix of the bunch. There was also a firmware update right from the getgo. SO once the update happened and reopened the app to get started, things started looking better.

First impressions of the app, the UI is nice, functions are easy to find, and navigation of the app isn’t too hard to figure out. I’d say you’d not need to consult the manual for much, especially if you’re tech-savvy.

Overall, this is a simple camera to operate with Away, Home, and Private modes to quickly toggle on the type of surveillance you’d like to use. I also like how you can send a share link to an email address for more eyes to see the footage. This is great for families and businesses.
